Flo Bullock and Dave Hopkins began as our realtors around the first of 2006.  After meeting with my wife and me, discussing exactly what we were looking for in a home, they diligently began the search to find the perfect house.  Never in the process were they pushy.  I never sensed that their desire to make a sale was paramount.  Their one and only goal was to get us into the exact house we had described.  They not only found us the perfect home, but helped us through the process of negotiating a fair but favorable price.

I've never written a testimonial before but I feel compelled to do so in this situation.  Joe and I want to thank you for EVERYTHING!  In the beginning I thought our relationship would be a quick one.  We wanted to buy, you wanted to sell.  As you know, this sounds a whole lot easier than it actually is.
